if you don't have to change your PJ's (if you wear them) and your sheets, then you aren't having true night sweats. Anxiety is probably one of the most common causes of sweating there is, whether at night or in the day. Hope this helps
"Sweating at night" is NOT the same as "night sweats".
TRUE night sweats are the result of high fever breaking during the night and are completely drenching (i.e., your bed starts to resemble a hot tub).
Sweating during the night (non-night sweats) can be caused by many things, including stress/anxiety.
