Cut/scratch during a massage and girl topless

i am 32 male from India.I will come straight to the point.just today i went for a massage at THAI SPA in INDIA.As soon as the massage started about 15 mins later the masseur asked me if i wanted special massage.i agreed for a handjob. She took of her top and massaged me with her hands and later gave me a handjob.the massage was with oil as it was a swedish massage.the girl is from thailand.i generally asked her where is from and what she does etc.She was keen on giving me more services for extra pay but i didnt do anything apart from a handjob.
after the massage i was bathing i felt a slight sting on my index finger on my right hand.it had a tiny cut and wasnt bleeding but it was stinging and was red.i did press her breast once while she gave me a handjob as she was topless.
i checked her hands before and after the massage and she was clean.she had an "A" written as a tattoo on her middle finger.no cuts or blood was seen on her hands.
where could i get this cut from? could she have used a needle to infect me?or could it be a blade or razor or needle?

am i at risk of hiv?should i test?If she pricked me with a needle could i have missed the pain which happens while an injection?i didnt have the cut before the massage so i am sure it was something during the massage. Please advice.Do i need testing? can i continue unprotected sex with my wife?
in case you want to see my cut i have uploaded the picture and this is the link : http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=ndvs7p&s=8#.UxIhvfSSwi4

We don't expect much from questioners, but we do expect them to read our replies.  See my original response.  I haven't changed my mind.

Any more such nonsense and the entire thread will be deleted.

Scientifically, the reasons are 1) it takes lots of HIV exposure for transmission to occur.  Even with infected semen deposited in the vagina, there is only 1 chance in 1,000 the woman will become infected.  2) In HIV/AIDS clinics, we never see patients with HIV who did not have unprotected vaginal or anal sex, or injection drug use with shared needles.  We never, ever see anyone who had a trivial exposure of the sort you describe.  HIV is a sexual and blood-borne infection, and you didn't have such an exposure.

I have never advised anyone to get tested on account of this sort of exposure.  Of course I often tell people to be tested if my advice doesn't settle their fears and they feel they need the additional assurance of a negative test result, regardless of how low the risk was.

When the cut occurred doesn't matter.

Ignore any more "yes but" or "Oh I forgot" questions.  There is no information you can think of that would change my opinion or advice, so don't ask.  Just move on without worry.  This thread is over.

Welcome to the forum.

I am happy to confirm the accurate replies you had on the community forum.  There was absolutely no risk of HIV from this event -- even if somehow you received a needle stick or some other injury of your finger during the massage.  You should not be worried, do not need testing.  You should continue your normal sexual practices with your wife; you will not put her at risk of HIV or anything else.

We don't examine posted photos, but it doesn't matter what your finger wound looks like; it would not change my opinion or advice.

So no worries!  All is well --  Best wishes--  HHH, MD
