Dear doctor i cant take this anymore

about 22 days ago I encountered with a man of an unknown status and he rubbed his penis on my anus and I gave him a handjob My question is what if he was infected and HIV precum came on my cut ? I noticed some rash on my chest its like small red patches that come and go... Im so worried I cant take it anymore My brain is killing me slowly what should i do get a test in 4 weeks?

Unfortunately, you will have anxiety until you get tested. Get a 4th gen test at 6-8 weeks for peace of mind and another at 3 months for conclusive result. From my experience, nothing else can help you move on. For now, try to cope with the anxiety as best as you can. Stay safe and good luck.

My fear is really scaring me! I mean what if Precum actually touched my exterior piles and got infected because I do have a sore throat which comes and goes along with a runny nose :( as far as im concerned he did not insert inside of me at all but I dont know why im worried for but it gets my heart pumping at an alarming rate please help me

Thanks, next week Tuesday im going for a 4th gen test, it'll come back neg right from what I told you ?

Nothing to help you with, I have told you no risk. Dr told you not ARS. Time to move on and maybe seek a therapist for anxiety issues.

I swear I'm so paranoid I'm losing my mind right now, just to clarify I can't get HIV without any penetration in terms of sex right ? I showed my doc and he reassured me it's not ars rash as he's seen many and mine is nothing like ars rash I don't know what's happening to me! :( please Vance help me
