HIV question-risk situation

Hello, my situation is: 8 weeks ago I received unprotected  oral sex from a prostitute, then I put on a condom, and we were having difficulties getting it in, so then pushing it in, the condom broke but I immediately noticed and didnt continue so technically I only penetrated her once with a broken condom which just had a rip on the side and didnt completely break, like most people who post I did have a freaking out period, which led on to me not eating or sleeping properly, and that caused some problems I guess, I took a 4th generation  HIV 1 - 2 test on week 6, exactly 42 days after the incident, and came back negative, that made me a lot more calm, next thursday I will be exactly 9 weeks and I was thinking to get checked again, do you think its necessary? should I wait until week 13?
Thank you so much for this forum and for your guide and patience.

Also I called the best speciallists we have here and they said that with those tests, the window period is 1 month which also helped me a lot.

If we take into consideration the short-term penetration, the immediate pulling off after the condom broke and the 6-week negative test, it is highly unlikely that you contracted HIV from such exposure.

However, the general guideline is 3 months post exposure, and we must adhere to it until it is changed. Please take another test at 13 weeks for your own reassurance.

since you are concerned and for your peace of mind...get tested at 9 weeks....but you can only get a CONCLUSIVE result after 3 months....
