may i have hiv

on 10th june i sex with a prostitute but from the start of action i wear condom. she given oral while my condom is on and vaginal sex with condom.after completion i forget to check the condition of the condom but my all seamen is intact while i open the condom. after four weak i develop little fever and headache. after someday small red pimple like bump comes in my chest and inner arm and a small bump develop in front of my ear.i consult with a dermatologist and he says this small red pimple like bump are for allergy n he also says this all are not the symptom of hiv as i had protected sex. he also says if i have hiv then its firstly shows symptom in my penis.but in internet i have read that hiv doesn't have any symptom on penis.
now i am very afraid.... small bump develop in front of my ear is it swallowen lymph nod?? m i have in the risk of hiv?

from yesterday i develop light pain in lower abdomen and testicles, sometimes testicles pain is more and a burning like feeling after urination starts after my first urination in morning. still that time i fell little bit pain in penis and tip of the penis....

i completely lost..dont knw wht to do now... no doctor available today..

1.is this a serious issue ???
2.is this any sign of hiv/std ???
