Did I put myself at risk for HIV?

I currently have a fever blister that has been healing for a couple of days now and I've been putting Zovirax on it at night before bed. I completely forgot what was going on with my lip and liked and succeed a guys scrotum. I did not suck his penis, just the scrotum and testicles. Can I contract HIV from what I did since I have a healing fever blister? There were no fluids of any kind involved...just me licking his scrotum and suckling on his testicles. Will I be okay? Do I need to worry about HIV?

In adults, HIV can only be contracted by having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or by sharing IV drug needles.

Nothing you did put you at risk for HIV, even if there WERE fluids involved, or if he had a cut or scrape on his scrotum.
