Scratch testes....(cud be inflammation)

i wanna ask one simple question...i will describe my incident below and pls let me know if i require any hiv test,

i went to a prostitute parlour in india...

i pressed the breasts of the pros etc...then i put on a condom and i came on top of her....i DID NOT have intercourse with her... i DID NOT have oral sex with her....i just wore the condom and was in between her legs and i was masturbating...wht i am worried is that.... i have scratchy testes...so there was a small scratch..while scratching on the same day in the morning...no bleeding...what i am worried abt is that...as i was on top of her...could her vaginal fluids touch my testes and get inside the cut??
after the incident i checked my testes and they were dry...(to the best of my knowledge) and was not bleeding...
pls lemme know my risk ...pls guys... a lil anxious... can the vaginal fluid get inside from the cut which was not bleeding...it was only red.
