Hiv risk very worries HELP PLEASE
Before 11 hours I had vaginal sex with a prostite and the condom broke.. when I had to *** i thought that I have cummed a little bit inside her vagina not very sure.. and when I *** outside her it spred trought the condom because it was broken.. the sex was 4-5minutes.. and now I am at work I am very scared and I am thinking to ask some hiv expert for pep.. btw i asked her 4-5 times if she is clean and she said yes even she haves a 6 mounth old baby and she gave me her phone number.. after the encounter I called her and ask her is there a reason for me to be in stress and she told me absolutely not.. and I just don't know what to think guys I am very scared and today is my birthday..

Your protection failed during sex, therefore you were exposed to the risk. Condom protected sex is 100% safe against HIV and other STD's, however such assurance is valid only until the protection remains intact. As soon as the protection fails, a totally protected sex turns otherwise immediately. We should not believe in words when it comes to serious matters like this.
However having said that, HIV transmission from a single isolated act of condom failure is not very significant. The dominating element is the fact that her HIV status is unknown and there is a strong possibility that she may not be infected because CSW's are more careful than us due to their frequent exposures.
What can be suggested, you should wait until the next 28 days and get yourself tested for HIV Duo test to rule out the possibility of the infection.
You may also consult a doctor to have a professional assessment of the exposure and get the PEP prescribed. One a doctor can make such assessment and advise you.

A actually don't know if there is pep in my country I'm from Bulgaria.. because a lady who sells in a pharmacy I have asked her for pep and she told me there is not such a thing.. please guys please help me I'm in panic... I am thinking of getting this prostite to get tested for hiv after one mounth ,but what test is haves to be and will it be conclusive after one mount ?
