Do I need a HIV test

I had a normal sex act with a High-Risk female.
But we used a condom. And there was no rupture and slide.
I use lots of water to wash after sex act.

Someone said it was a safe action. No need to do HIV test.
Someone said it is possible to be infected HIV. As the HIV virus is able to pierce through the condom.

Am I in danger? Do I need a HIV test, please?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host. HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

The virus will only infect people pierce through the sex organs?
Is there any exposure if the virus touch the other skin of my body?

HIV cannot pierce a condom. You didn't have an exposure.
