Low risk encounter, any advice would be appreciated.

I recently went to a sun with a friend and whilst I was there I never took part in any sex either orally or otherwise. The 2 issues that I am concerned about are,

1 I have a small patch of sensitive, pink/pitted skin on my foot caused by hyperhydrosis and I know I definitely stood in semen in the video lounge as it was slippery and sticky. Can I get hiv if this were to be in contact with this sensitive skin on my foot.  It's pink and soft but not open or bleeding.

2 a guy masturbated my penis briefly and rubbed the top near my urethra several times.  If he had any infected fluids on his finger am I at risk of contracting hiv?

Thank you for ypu help and time.

No it's not possible to get stuck by a needle and not feel it. And besides which, it's a completely irrational thought that someone would do that so I strongly advise you not to jump down that obsessive thinking rabbit hole.

OK thanks. I would have thought I would have felt that too. Hopefully people don't do these sort of things for no reason.

The only other thing that i am concerned about during this encounter when the guy sat next to me was that he put his arm around me and held my shoulder. I noticed some hours later that I had a small ring shaped bruise about 4 mm in diameter. Could he have stuck me with something like a needle even though I never felt anything?

Nothing you have described is a risk for HIV. In an adult the only way you have a chance for infection is by unprotected anal/vaginal sex or by sharing needles for drugs. Nothing else in an adult leads to infection. You had no risk which obviously means nothing to test.
