Does TB makes the HIV window period longer than 3 months?

I have bee diagnosed with latent TB recently and will start medication soon. I had a negative hiv test in april this year (6 months post exposure). Was the test still valid? Does TB fall under immune disorder?

No it does not, your test was beyond conclusive
