Condoms can reduce the risk of HIV transmission by approximately 80-90% if used correctly. No barrier method is 100% effective. Condom use may cause UTI in males. Since you are sure that the condom didn’t rupture the chances of HIV transmission are very low. Take complete treatment for your UTI. You need to follow few basic precautions like urinating before and after sex.Clean your genitals before and after sex.Frequent sex and more sex partners increases the risk of UTI ,STIs and HIV so please be careful. In case you develop swollen glands, penile discharge or any other symptom related to STI then do consult a doctor. Hope it helps.
