This brief question could have been a follow-up comment in your other thread.
There are no data on this, but logic and the science of HIV suggest there would be no risk, and I am unaware of any reports of transmission of any blood-borne infection from Asian fish treatment you describe. My understanding is that the nibbling fish only take superficial skin and that no bleeding results. And if it did, I would expect any HIV or other viruses to be too diluted to be transmitted to other customers.
If there is any infection risk from these services, I would expect it to be limited to standard bacteria that sometimes cause infections from spa users -- staph, strep, E. coli, Pseudomonas, etc -- but not HIV or any other STD.
As for your symptoms, they almost certainly had nothing to do with the fish treatment a couple hours earlier. Symptoms rarely start sooner than 1-2 days after exposure to any infection, and diarrhea with fever is much more likely due to an intestinal infection, foodborne illness, etc.
