window period?

i had a possible hiv exposure in mid august last year which consisted in:
a. other person's saliva inside my anal cavity
b. i bled afterwards a little bit in the toilet

in early december last year, i got tested with an ELISA assay and tested negative
i heard the window period for antibodies to be detected is of three months, others say SIX
i am really anxious since then
can saliva entering bloodstream infect me with HIV?

appreciate your help!
