Doubt about PEP

I one had unprotected Oral sex in the last 72 hours and a few drops of breast milk gone in the mouth,should Post Exposure Prophylaxis be taken just to be on the safe side

Really--well what did you expect the result to be when you never had a risk to begin with.

I am from INDIA .I had sex with a sex worker 6 weeks back. Sex was protected all throughout.Checked the condom it was intact.But she gave me oral sex and also i sucked her breasts and noticed  a few drops of milk in my mouth.

Just Got my result and It was NON REACTIVE and I am SOOOOOOOOO relieved. Should I go for another test after window period of 3 months. The result showed index value for CMIA  at 0.32
