Thank you Lizzie. Well any one at risk would like to hear that. Thank you so much. I am not so knowledgeble in the subject and perhaps thats why I am too worried. However thank you so much.
What would you like to hear other than you never had a risk in the situation you've provided?
all we can do is state the facts surrounding hiv and transmission. as far as your original post...
#1) hiv is NOT transmitted through kissing
#2) receiving oral sex is NOT a risk
#3) as dr. hook so eloquently puts it...a handjob is NO risk, regardless of where she had her fingers first.
Thank you Lizzie. I would not add fuel to my worry any more. But dont you think to get worried is natural. And as I am not expert in the subject, I wait to hear something that helps.
dont add fuel to your anxiety...you were never at risk ! ! !
Now this is becoming interesting and I am getting confused. Unluckywoman could you add anything to it. Lizzie and Teak are really rational but as I am worried I think more on negative side. please help
no one has been identified as infected with HIV due to contact with an environmental surface. Additionally, HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
Thank you for your reply. I read the content on the web link you provided. How do you answer my question. What you think about my Panic?
please dont hijack other ppl's posts.
Sorry for mis spelling your name. I am really worried and your opinion would only help. Regards. Dev
regardless...you did NOT have a risk from what you have described.
Last week she told me she has cervical cancer which is common. Although I agree its due to HPV and unprotected Sex. However, Unprotected sex and being a sex worker she is most likly to be exposed to the HIV virus and thus I am worried. Hope you understand what I mean.
"She I believe was HIV+ as she was ready to take all the risk like oral without etc"
what makes you believe she is hiv + ???
Thank you for your kind response. I would agree with you. However please read my question above and help me.
OH, and you had no risk. So whatever I said above is irrelevant anyway.
Cervical cancer has pretty much nothing to do with HIV. The only reason (i think) Cervical cancer is related is because unprotected sex -> HPV -> Cervical cancer. The unprotected sex also gives them HIV and thus, a correlation.
Thank you for your reply. However, I forgot to add one thing. She told me last week that she has a Cervical Cencer which is common in HIV+. Considering this please let me know what do you think my chances are?
There are no doctors on this forum however you were never at risk in the situation you've provided.
