Anxiety and Testing Conclusiveness - 4th Gen Duo Tests

I had an exposure (heterosexual) instance of vag unprotected sex for approx 10 seconds as we were fooling around and things just happend. We didn't get far as I got flaccid right after then took a shower.

I had a full panel of std tests done 3 times (66 days, 68 days and 84 days) and it has come back negative.

I got tested for hiv at week 10 twice (66 days, 68 days), and also week 12 (84 days) and also at 89 days, all non-reactive.

I have had the following tests done:

1. Labcorp BioRad Gen 4 antigen/antibody w/Reflex - Non Reactive - 66 days
2. Quest Diagnostics Abbott Architect Gen 4 antigen/antibody w/Reflex - Non Reactive - 68 days
3. Quest Diagnostics Abbott Architect Gen 4 antigen/antibody w/Reflex - Non Reactive - 84 days
4. Oraquick Advance Duo - Non Reactive - 89 days

I am going to go for a 94 day test at Labcorp for the BioRad Gen 4; as the CDC states that 3 months after latest exposure is conclusive.

I just keep reading things online and what people are posting and I am increasing my anxiety to the point where I am getting constantly worried. I have spoken to my doctor, he states I have nothing to worry about, I have spoken to an HIV hotline counselor and they have stated I should move on...

What confidence should I have in the above tests?

Should I just put this to rest now and move on with my life and I am just feeding my anxiety?

Please understand that female to male infection is low.
The receptive partner has the highest risk.
And your exposure was so brief.
You had tests that should have been positive if you were infected, but they were not.
"This will put some closure on this for me"
Respectfully, after this negative result and you still can't accept it fully, consider professional help to free yourself of this fear.

I told you that all your testing is an abnormal activity and you should see a therapist instead of continuing testing.

I just took my a test today outside of the 3 month window at 101 days. It was a 4th gen bio rad antigen/antibody. This will put some closure on this for me. I have faith and I'm praying for a non-reactive result. I need to put this behind me and move on.

You are hiv negative.
You tested through the window period for a conclusive result.
84 days = 12 weeks = 3 months = HIV conclusive.

"I have spoken to my doctor, he states I have nothing to worry about, I have spoken to an HIV hotline counselor and they have stated I should move on... "

And every member here will tell you the same.
Your risk was low based on time, she is not confirmed hiv pos, and female to male is much less a risk then male to female.
CDC is 84 days, you successfully tested through the window period.
You are feeding your anxiety, you are conclusively negative.

On the CDC site here under "What does a negative test result mean?" (https://www.cdc.gov/actagainstaids/basics/testing.html) it states:

"If you get an HIV test within 3 months after a potential HIV exposure and the result is negative, get tested again in 3 more months to be sure."

This is giving me more grief. Does this mean that since I tested at 66 days I should wait 3 months from that date to retest and that will give me a definitive answer?

If you want to keep reading online with no medical experience, you will likely be frightened for the fest of your life. People have died from a thumbtack injury creating a clot that travelled to the brain, so life has tiny risks that we all ignore if we are to live happily.

4th generation at 28 days is conclusive, so you don't have HIV but could die from a thumbtack but you are mixing priorities and pretending the HIV poses a risk. Your obsession with multiple testing is abnormal. If you can't accept the 40 YEAR old science and insist on Googling to play doctor, then I recommend therapy to try to help you deal with reality science.
