What do i need to really do?

I tested negative after 8 years exposure. Negative tridot and negtive pcr. The western blot had a mild pink line but the report and docs said its nothing and the report is no bands detected and negative.

But im really having persisting symptoms for 4 months now. Dementia like symptoms with vision problems ( cmv ruled out by eye doctor). I lost a good amount of weight and muscle. I can say that i have all possible hiv symptoms except a fever.
Loss of appetie, dry mouth loss of libido etc. Tell me what i should do i cant beleive i dont have hiv.

1) work with doctors to find our the non-HIV cause of your concerning symptoms.  You may have something serious going on, but it isn't HIV.  The tests don't lie.
2) see a therapist for your irrational fixation on the notion that you have a disease that you do not have.
