Driving myself crazy, just need a good listener & advice

I keep driving myself insane the last couple days thinking that I have HIV.
I keep thinking that any little bump in my health is a sign. It started with me getting sick with what I believe now was heat stroke about 1.5 after exposure.
The exposure was sex with a guy (1night stand) where we started with a condom, but the last couple thusts were without, he did not *** inside me.
Besides that nothing else wrong for a while.
At 3 months I got tested, result was negative. At 1 yr 2 months got tested again with the OraQuick Rapid Result with the finger stick. The result was negative!
Now I have problems with yeast infections. What I believe is thush.
In my head I know that this can happen irregardless of HIV;
But I keep freaking out that they switched my result at PPhood.
What can I do to help myself out? I know that it's highly unlikely that tests got switched but I'm driving myself crazy!
HELP

it is ok. sometimes i reflect back on a night that if I would have pulled the trigger, i would be in jail forever.  no details offered....  but i was just a kid. fortunatley i did not...  but it is a moment that i still reflect on and shiver.

the point is, it did not happen, so let it go, it is over, learn from it and go on.

Your worried about something from a year ago? But you were negative. I don't see how you have anything to worry about. You already tested negative.

No way do you have HIV!
You had minimal risk to start with and you didn't even really need to test.
Yeast infections are very difficult to get rid off sometimes and there are a million reasons why people get them.
Work with your Doc.
If he can't help you, try alternative approaches (probiotics, diet, etc.)
But forget HIV.
Be well
