Dry eyes problem And HIV

Dear teak I request you please read my story and reply me. After that I will not ask any questions.
I have made unprotected sex with a lady on 18 May 2010, 24 May 2010and 30 May 2010. After that I went to the web site regarding HIV/AIDS symptoms. I low grade fever with weakness and pain in legs as well as vomiting on 18 June 2010. I was on medicines since 18 June 2010 to 1 July but I did not recover then doctors did my blood test and reported that malarial parasites are found in medium density. From July 3 2010 to 7 July I was on malaria treatment and I get recovered. I have made unprotected sex with my wife also during 4-7 July 2010. I took my blood test again on 7 July 2010 the result was normal except eosinophil 12%. Since July to 3 Sep I was anxious about HIV and I was suffering from gas, High BP, Constipation and pain in arms chest armpits etc. I did my HIV test with ECLIA method on 3 Sep 2010. Result was given to on 5 Sep 2010. The report is mentioned “Non-reactive (0.018). My CBC at the same date was normal but eosinophil was still 12%. I am a smoker and obesity.
In December 2010 I got again piles and constipation I consult doctor he advised me to quit smoking but I did not. In March 2010 I did my endoscopy result was normal bust gas constipation was still there. I got problem of eye sight and dizziness in April 2010 doctors did my CBC which was normal. I have always WBC at higher end (9.9).since April 2010 I am suffering from dry eyes and eye strain and high BP. My gas and constipation is normal now but till date I am suffering periodic eye strain and blurred vision. My nails are also not good there are thick and brittle. There was light constant pain in my right ear. I have done my CBC in Nov 2010 results was normal except WBC (11). My questions are as:
1- Is my test on 3 Sep 2010 is conclusive? Have I to test again.
2- I contacted to laboratory they are saying that after 3 month you are 100% secure.
3- Are malaria, anxiety and sex with my wife altering my test result?
4- Eye strain and dry eyes are more common to HIV positive peoples  what is my status
5- Brittle nails are also common to HIV positive peoples.
6- Is sex with my wife put me on risk still she was negative.
7- I used to sex with my wife unprotected and she got pregnant and give birth to bay in Oct 2010 her HIV test was negative that time with tri-dot test.
8- What I have to do test again or I am still HIV negative.
Your answers are most valuable please answer me.
