Condom slipped and stick in vagina

Hi all i am asking this question behalf of my friend, he had vaginal intercourse yesterday with CSW , when he felt vagina touching his base of penis he withdraw when he withdraw condom stuck in vagina and it was hanging outside vagina with its ring was outside, kindly confirm he need to be test for HIV

You have been here for more than TEN YEARS. You know what the risks for HIV are. If you cannot handle having protected intercourse with a sex worker without going into panic and anxiety, you should stop visiting sex workers.

As long as the head of your penis was covered during intercourse, you were never at risk for HIV. Since the condom seems to have slipped off when you were withdrawing your penis, your head would have been covered during intercourse.  This sounds like a no-risk, no need to test event.
