Encounter 3 years ago...

Ok so I already posted here but please just don't get mad at me I'am a hypochondriac even before this and now I can't even think i'am just so scared. Anyways 3 years ago (about) it was august 21 2010 I had oral sex unprotected and i don't remember if there was ejaculation but lets say there was and there was also dry sex (just rubbing with underwear) and im sure there wasnt sex or anal sex because i would have remembered and also i would have been freaking out at the time but the thing is that now im freaking out! because this guy is very promiscous and told me he had orgies etc....maybe bisexual.....so i dont know what to do iam just so scared! 10 weeks later i know i had a sorethroat and weakness but no fever and then a year later in 2011 i had pneumonia which was cured with antibiotics (this could maybe be as a result of me being in the army and it being very hot that i slept with 3 ventilators near my head for many hours while my hair was soaking and i was fasting) anyways iam just sooo scared because ive been reading soooooooooooo much and pneumonia is common with people with hiv!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im too scared to go tested but what are my chances here? is ars possible after 10 weeks?!??!?! i dont remember having flulike illness before this time iam just going crazzzzyyyy at first i thought nothing about it because i read hiv was low risk in oral but then now when i think of everything iam just going crazy and feel like dying!!!!!!so please help me and tell me if these could be related to hiv and if ars can happen after 10 weeks?!?!??! of course i will get tested but plz tell me if oral sex could pose a risk from someone who was positive?!?! i also brushed my teeth an hour before......
