Good morning doctors
I was with a g URL yesterday we had protected vaginal sex with condom and then oral protected sex with condom. Then I sucked her toes one by  one.     One of them had a cut and it tasted funny so I looked at it I n it had a fresh cut.  Do I go on pep?

Thank you dr. I will not post till the 6 months have passed. Didn't know there was a limit to begin with but if you notice the guy who invited his friends over and had blood in the wine and drank it? Well I did worse than what he did and that other doctor told him he has low risk. I drank directly from the girls toes.
But thank you for the answer

This question, as well as the question you asked yesterday suggest that you have a misunderstanding of how HIV is transmitted.  HIV is transmitted in adults through unprotected genital or ano-genital sex and by injection of infected material deep into tissue.   It is not transmitted through condom protected sex, through oral sex, through spills, splashes or through environmental exposures.

It is unlikely that the person you were with yesterday had HIV.   Even if she did, there is no meaningful risk of you acquiring HIV from her through condom protected sex or by sucking her toes, even if she ha a fresh cut on her toes.  There is no need for testing an certainly no need for PEP.

I should also remind you that we ask clients to post no more than two questions in any 6 month period.  This is your 2nd question in two days.  Please, no further questions until September.

Take care.  I hope my comments have been helpful to you.  EWH
