Hiv risk from Inseritive Anal

Hi

Trying to find the risk from unprotected anal sex (top) it seems that there are many opinions in different sites. The CDC estimates that the risk for the insertive partner is 1 to 1666 and I imagine that the CDC they are very cautious to what they say. In other sites i found that the risk it can be 1 to 160 for uncircumcised men to 1 to 1600. I also read at the CDC that circumcised men maybe have less risk. May I have your opinion on this matter. And my last question is that I read in many sites that since HIV is hard to transmit you need a lot of virus to get infected and usually this happen after many exposures to the virus. From what I understand from the numbers is very difficult to transmit from one time exposure. Is this the case ?

Thank you

There are no Dr's on this forum. It can and does happen, while not often it is still possible.

Yes I understand that. But I was expecting from someone with experience to advise how often he sees people infected after one exposure and if the numbers i mentioned above reflect the reality

thank you
