Extrem Fear and Confusion

Hi Dr, I have receipt oral sex from a female sex worker. 2 weeks after that and till today me and my family have seen all typical hiv symptoms if we add them together. My wife started with rash on stomach and lower looks like petriases rosea with Headache. She start getting many acne on face and few on the body (nothing before!!). I have got folliculitis no fever or rash. Me and my wife tested negative by combo at 11 weeks. Immediately after test I had swelling and painful many lymph nodes in the groin and one on the neck confirmed by CTC scan and Dr examination. My sun and daughters got sick so rapidly in the last 6 months. They got frequent ear infections and sometime high fever 40.5C with no clear reason! Towice they got continous vomiting and diarrhea till dehydration. I have tested negative for Hiv at 15 weeks and 18 weeks by combo. 12 weeks I tested negative for Herpez, hepetities b&c, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea blood test.
One doctor told me that Eliza is more sensitive than CEMIA for antibody part and p24 is advantage limited to 5 weeks. is this true?
Do I need further HIV testing with Eliza? Lymph node started at week 11 is that a possible indication of late seroconversion and I need to test beyond 18 weeks?
Is there a way I could transfer HIV to my kids? What if they kissed some Acne on my or their mom face. Normally kids kiss with slight open mouth. so some blood could enter their mouth. really scared.
is the acne on the face indication of hiv infection if it was not there before?
Is there other medical condition I should consider for such symptoms? it is very clear that I got some infection from that exposure what is it????
Any help with the above is highly appreciated.

1) from your scientific long experience; if someone get infected with HIV sextually today can he transfer the infection sextually to someone else within 24-48 hours?

No.

2) can someone get infected with HIV through direct kissing of Acne on the face of infected person.

No.

Having provided questions to your anxiety-driven questions, I now urge you to seek help in dealing with your absolutely inappropriate fears and concerns.  EWH

Questions about transfer of an infection you do not have make no sense.  you ARE NOT INFECTED.  The same comment holds for manifestations of HIV- you are not infected.

the best thing you can do for yourself is to address your inappropriate fears/concerns about HIV.  EWH

Thanks Dr Hook, one more thing, myself and my wife developed many tiny angiomas like dot (.) since my exposure, is this a sign for early infection of HIV or STDs?
I have also found one on my doughter chest. i know this might looks silly but i'm really started to monitor every thing. could it be HIV2 and take longer time to apear on the test?

doctor i would also appreciate your comments on my previous specific questions:

Is there a way I could transfer HIV to my kids? What if they kissed some Acne on my or their mom face. Normally kids kiss with slight open mouth. so some blood could enter their mouth. really scared.

is the acne on the face indication of hiv infection if it was not there before? can it apear very queckly in the first months.

Welcome to the Forum.  You can stop worrying about HIV and can be confident that you were not infected.  For starters, there are no cases in which someone has been proven to get HIV from receipt of oral sex- none!.  Second, you have multiple conclusive tests which prove that you do not have HIV.  Both your 15 and 18 weeks tests are absolutely conclusive.

As for your symptoms, they are not due to HIV. When recently acquired HIV causes symptoms, it does so all at the same time, not different symptoms at different times.  The symptoms you describe are not due to HIV and are due to something else.

It is time for you to stop worrying about HIV from the exposure that you describe.  If your symptoms are still troublesome after you put HIV aside, then you need to work with your doctor to find the other, non-HIV cause of them.

Finally, my sense is that you have been looking on the internet about HIV symptoms.  If so, please stop- this information is often taken out of context and is misleading.  Your negative tests prove that you do not have HIV and are to be believed.

I hope my comments are helpful to you. EWH
