You need to stop posting in the HIV forum and start seeing a Dr about your anxiety. Coming here and posting when you have been advised again and again is not doing yourself any good. A Dr/therapist will help you.

I cannot concentrate on anything but thinking how could hiv be passed to my kids. I am seeing all the symptoms on them and i am very scared to get us all tested. It is really scary. I am out if my mind. How could that happen? Just going crazy.

HIV infected mothers do not breastfeed their infants becaust that is a mode of transmission.  There is no risk among family members living in the same house who have casual contact sharing household items (toilet, utensils, glasses, etc).
