My guess is that "cellular" refers to the creme's effects and not its ingredients. In any case, no HIV has ever been transmitted by skin creams or medications. No chance, no way, no how -- and thus no worries.
Thank you for the word correction.
I worry about the word cellular because I fear that it means human cells
So the word cellular does not mean human cells?
"Teaching" was supposed to be "such as". (I'm using voice recognition software.)
Welcome to the forum.
There is absolutely no risk of HIV. Such cremes are sterile, i.e. free of any and all bacteria and viruses; and they have preservatives to prevent contamination from any infectious agents that may be introduced.
Such warnings are routine for skin exfoliation products, which in theory might tincrease the risk of superficial bacterial infections, teaching staph or strep -- not from the creme itself, but from germs already on the skin. The warning has absolutely nothing to do with HIV.
So no worries about this. You don't need testing for HIV or any other infection.
I hope this has helped. Best wishes-- HHH, MD
