I bought a creme called la prerie cellular 3 minute peel. But after I used it i was reading the precautions ( which I should of read before using the product) and it indicated that it should not be used by people with compromised immune system and not be used on open sores. I don't know if it was made by human or animal cells but it freaked me out since I had open sores and it came on my eyes . Is there a risk of hiv?

My guess is that "cellular" refers to the creme's effects and not its ingredients. In any case, no HIV has ever been transmitted by skin creams or medications. No chance, no way, no how -- and thus no worries.

There is absolutely no risk of HIV. Such cremes are sterile, i.e. free of any and all bacteria and viruses; and they have preservatives to prevent contamination from any infectious agents that may be introduced.
Such warnings are routine for skin exfoliation products, which in theory might tincrease the risk of superficial bacterial infections, teaching staph or strep -- not from the creme itself, but from germs already on the skin. The warning has absolutely nothing to do with HIV.
So no worries about this. You don't need testing for HIV or any other infection.
