False Negative in Oral Quick?

Hi Doc.
I had a realtionship whit a guy working on labs. At that time my exposure to HIV was real but not exagerated. He made himself the PCR test that became positive (i had had a 3 days previus Elisa done that was negative but he said it cuold be the window period), so i am taking a combo (Effavirenz + Truvada) 2 years ago now. I ended my relationship with this guy so i took an oral quick test that became NEGATIVE. Im waiting now for ELISA and WB results but inbetween im becoming mad. My question: How accurate is Oralquick, and posibility of False Negative taking antiretrovirals??

I apreciate this kind of spaces, since there are many places on the net and not know on wich to trust.

This discussion is related to UNIQUE STATISTICAL QUERIES... ORAQUICK (WEAK) POSITIVE RESULT WITH NO REALISTIC RISK FACTOR.

Teak! Thank You very much for your answer. Thats exactly what im going to do now, begining for having tests in different laboratories and institutions and then seraching for a good doctor.

The only question i still have, is:
In case i was suposedly detected at the accute fase of the infection, and begun taking the meds 1 months after the infection...is there ANY chance that this Oral quick test i took can give this FALSE NEGATIVE result i received yesterday? Im living for the second time this horrible anxiety and fear that i lived the day i was ^Tested^ positive. This Dr. i told you made PCR and i had a viral load > 1,000,000 whit cd4 near 500 the first time and then decended to indetectable until now.

Sorry for my english, im mexican and live in mexico, so i dont practice much.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN
