Fear or Not fear

Hi,

I had unprotected vaginal intercourse, deep 'french' kiss, finger into vagina, oral sex to me, all carried by the same sex worker in bangkok on one  night.
The following day I felt fatigue, low grade fever, headache, pain in the legs, night sweats.

I got a negative result of HIV proviral DNA by PCR on 5th day and then the symptoms got worse nausea, diarrhea, pain in neck, armpit, chills, low-grade fever, hands &  face burning sensation.

I repeated HIV proviral DNA by PCR again on 13th day and got negative result.

The symptom increase, more persistent chills, headache, fatigue and pain in groin area. I repeated HIV proviral DNA by PCR and  antibody test for HIV1/O/2 on 31st day and both result came negative.

The symptoms didn't go away, so today 44th day I did rapid HIV test (uni-gold)  and that came negative as well. All my negative test results are encouraging but since my symptoms are strong and history of unprotected sex make me to question if I haven't produced enough antibody to detect and also PCR test disclaimers around not approved for diagnosis increase my stress and anxiety. Based on my symptoms, I strongly believe I might have caught up with something but simply don't know what it is. what are my options here?

thanks for your response. I will test at 3 months for conclusive. How reliable DNA by PCR test? I see mixed responses related to this type of test and its confusing.

Your symptoms came on to soon to be HIV related,  Your 44 day test is reasuring and very unlikely to change but not conclusive. Test again at the 3 month mark for conclusive result.  My bet is it will not change.
