Anxiety for 3 months

My "exposure" is not sex or injecting something. Heres my story. My last sexual intercourse was about 1-2years ago, last february my cousin came home from other country hes been living for 10 years, he has aids, yes, full blown, after a month i develop some symptoms, dizziness, joint and muscle pain, strep throat (starts on may up until now) i tested hiv test at april, 1 week after my symptoms appear, it was negative, im worried about my past intercourse thats why i take the test, after my result, it came to my mind that, what if my cousin tried to infect me in not sexual way, i know its irrational but im scared cause im still sick right now, im thinking he maybe put blood or semen in out water or food, or when i was sleeping he injected mo or drops blood on my mouth, im really scared please help me

The only way that HIV is transmitted is through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  It would be a good idea to explore anxiety with your doctor so that you do not have to live in fear of your family member who suffers enough with HIV already.  HIV is a fragile virus that is inactivated in air and through saliva.  We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

What are the ways he can do to infect me without my knowledge? Is the any way of transmission like that?

Seek therapy.

As you say it is irrational to think he infected you, so seek therapy for your problem. No one on this board can counsel you from here.

Your post earlier this month was about getting HIV from an earing, so you should already know that you can't get HIV from most of what you describe above but you were not willing to accept the advice then, Seek therapy.
