Food with Human Blood - HIV Risk?

I had some food and didn't notice the blood till right before I was about to put the piece into my mouth. I'm pretty sure it was blood, not 100%. But it was red and seemed like a good amount. Anyway I ate it. Would HIV be able to be transmitted through this route if a significant amount of fresh HIV+ blood made it on the food and I eat it?

If it was blood on your food, you must have ordered steak medium rare, HIV stands for HUMAN Immunodeficiency Virus, so it doesn't apply to animals.
