Teak, are there immune rich cells in the mucosal lining of the mouth?
Mucosal tissue lining in the vagina and cervix can chafe easily and are rich in immune system cells that can be infected by HIV.
So if I understand you correctly its not necessarily the fluids that have the virus but blood that may be present as a result from anal or vaginal tearing? Or in the case of saliva from bleeding gums?
That that is false to say there are not tears when having anal and vaginal sex. It does cause small tears in the lining of both.
No, there wouldn't have to be tears. The lining of the vagina and anus is comprised of mucous membranes, which are very vascular. The virus can be transmitted via the mucous membranes .
There are always tears when having anal or vaginal sex.
