Little confuse

Hi, i was reading the hiv prevención from dr hook. And one guy just post that he get infectet because a masturbetion. That could be true?...he says frotatting masturbetion with menstrual blood...im a little consern because all that i have read from both doctor always says that is not a risk...can somebody expolian to me....thank u so much...

Thank u so much for the answer....but have u read the history of the men?...could be true?....what could be happen?...he just wrote on the doctors forum...scintific is prove that could be very dificult to trasmit?...

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
