Giving oral sex without ejaculation

Dear Doctor
Thank you for answering my question.I'm a college student in China. On 14th September,I met someone and gave oral sex without any protection. There was no ejaculation during this, but I did swallow some preliqiud. What's worse,my teeth aren't  very well. They often bleed when brushing teeth. Besides,we also had some deep kiss.Several hours later,I got the news that he is HIV positive and I began to afraid of that.
During these weeks, I haven't got any fever which lasts more than one day. And I feel very well except some dizziness after staying up late. Does it mean that I haven't got HIV? And, is there any need for me to have a conclusive test?
Thank you very much!
(I'm not good at English.Sorry for some difficulties that may exist  to understand my question.)
