Gonnorhoea and HIV exposure risk

Hello,

I have recently been told I tested positive for gonnorhoea. Prior to this, I had licked the penis (and pre-cum) of an individual who was HIV +. I tested negative for HIV only one week after the exposure. I am not sure how long I had gonnorhoea. But assuming that I had gonnorhea prior to licking the HIV+ persons genitals and Pre-cum, what are my risks of HIV transmission?

Oral is not a HIV risk so licking is irrelevant to your question.
Only sex risk for HIV is unprotected anal or vaginal, so if you did those you need to do a test, otherwise you have no risk.
Only a test can provide answers, because all the statistics are just probabilities that other people faced, so no one can provide a % for your particular situation today - you either have it or don't.
