HELP I think I have HIV!!!

I first was exposed April 4th 2016. I can't even remember what happened but I know in my heart I was drugged and raped by another man in a parking lot late at night I woke up laying in my car money gone, I was out for about 45 mins I do remember him asking for help so parked on the side of his van and that was it. I noticed 3 days later 3 separate sore on my genitals like chancres but with mild pain. And Monday April 11th started to feel like I had the flu along with white tongue. fought it till Wednesday April 13th to the point where the soreness and fever bothered so much I went in to my Dr. she did a culture sample nothing for flu came up labs did blood test 173 palates everything was normal and urine sample was normal. but I went to sleep felt chest pains that sent me racing to the er 4am they found nothing said it was my stomach and the stomach flu is going around and released me, but also drew blood from labs and urine. This time lab results shown blood palates at 155 dropped that quick? Today I noticed a the tongue is feeling strange like a sore is developing on right side. I'm so scared for me and my wife. I didn't report anything because he had my wallet to get the money out and I assume he has our address. Plus it's just embarrassing. My wife called to ask where I was that  I made something up IDK what to do. I took a screening for all STDs Thursday morning April 14th and results won't be until Tuesday. The wait kills me as I wait for my death sentence what will I tell my wife. I don't even remember what happened. Can someone give me hope I don't have HIV or give it to me straight from the sound of it I'm screwed. I've also had gas and diarrhea and rashes on my back and shoulder.

It seems a bit unlikely that you were raped and didn't know it, but if you were, then take a DUO test (Ab/Ag) 28 days post-exposure.  Keep in mind that most people do not have HIV.  If he was not HIV+, you could not get HIV from him.  Symptoms tell you nothing about your status - only a test can diagnose HIV.
