11 days ago i had partially protected vaginal encounter (condom not rolled up all the way). The Hiv status on partner is unknown (it was a csw) Starting 4 days after encounter, there was an itching sensation and rash on foreskin of penis and under the foreskin . Starting on day 7, i developed itching sensation in the throat. Both symptoms are still around but have not gotten any better or worse. Could this be the beginning signs of ARS?

no chance for HIV but have the irritation on your penis and in throat checked out by a doctor

the condom did not slide off. I just did not roll it all the way up the shaft of my penis.

ARS do not surface that soon, not from day 4 or 7. Since your encounter was with a CSW. you should also test yourself for other STD's. If condom rolled up all the way and your urethra was exposed to her vaginal secretions, then yes you should get yourself tested because your exposure was with a partner not from a low risk category.
