HIV Early Detection - Help!

I just got a full panel test for everything including an early detection test for HIV.  All came back negative, except they are requesting I come back to give another sample for the early detection HIV test because supposedly they could not use that sample.  Why could they use it for one and not the other?  I am freaking out that it came back positive and they are not telling me.  Could that be the case and that is why I have to retest?  I also want to know what are the chances of HIV from oral sex performed on me  (male) by a stripper (female).  No condom.
