While far advanced HIV (present for years and years) can be associated with cancer in a small number of persons, most cancer (including lymphatic cancer) is not related to HIV.  In persons who have HIV and cancer, the HIV test is always positive and antibody production is not delayed.  Your multiple negative antibody tests prove conclusively that your cancer is not related to HIV.

Dear Dr I hope you can answer this follow up question and I am very sorry about it , the biopsy confirmed that it's cancer and it will be removed and chemo will be started two days from now doctor said nothing to worry about, I really trust you doctor,
1- can the HIV cause cancer in lymph node?
2- can this cancer delay the antibody production since it got swollen 3-4 weeks after exposure ?
Please tell me the truth regardless how tough it is...
Regardless if you answer me or not I really like you and wish you happy new year

Bye

From what you have told me, your HIV test results are conclusive and do not need to be repeated.  No matter what the results of your lymph node biopsy, this is something that you should discuss with your doctor.

Welcome to our Forum. I'll try to help.  Based on your test results, you can be entirely confident that you did not acquire HIV from the exposure that you have described.  Each of the tests you mention, at 3, 6, and 12 months provide definitive results.  The symptoms you describe must have been due to something other than HIV.

1- when should I stop testing ?
It is now time to stop. There is no reason to test further related to the exposure you have described,.

2- is their any possibility I have delayed window period especially doctor believe I have lymph node cancer not yet proven waiting for the final test result?
No, there is no reason to worry about a delayed window.  The idea of a delayed window period is a myth that does not exist.  If you do have cancer of your lymph nodes, this sort of illness can cause the sorts of symptoms you describe.

3- can the cancer impact the window period ?
See above.  The idea of a delayed window does not exist,.

4- I have leukopenia as doctor said and there were dozen of reason however is it proven by my last test that's it not due to hiv?
Yes, your negative test proves that your leukopenia is not due to HIV.

I hope these comments are helpful.  EWH
