Chances to get HIV?

Hello everone, i have a question about hiv, so let's begin.For example i have a small (not bleeding at all) cut on hand and it came contact with HIV infected blood which was on object(for example basketball ball).So what chances to get HIV ?

I'm really interested in HIV and i'm trying to become more educated in this way.

HIV is not transmitted outside the body.

And please no more "what if" questions. This is for real risk assestment.

Thanks. And  another example : I was shaving and accidentally cut myselft and it become bleeding, so i wash my face with towel.Later I saw it was some blood on it, i think someone wash blood 15 min ago before shaving. So what's chances it will be if my blood had contacted with hiv infected blood on towel? :)
