Can hic be transmitted this way

So at my work I was helping a customer out n I accidently poked him with my pen for him to signed a paper. When he returned the pen back he accidabtle me back. Next thing I notice was that his hand was bleeding. I was wearing gloves so when I tooled it of I saw that I was bleeding just a tiny bit. Can I have gotten job this way

I have read that you can transmitt hiv  through sharp options

No, never.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had NO RISK for HIV and you do not need to test.   There is no detail you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.
