HIV RNA REAL TIME PCR

Today I received my 8 months time RNA PCR TETS.
It reports that ;

HIV RNA REAL TIME PCR    <40     COPIES/ML

"It is not intended for use as a screening test  for the presence of HIV-I or as a diagnostic test to confirm the presence of HIV-I infection.this assay utilized Real-Time-PCR technology which accurately povides Quantitative resul over a very wide dynamic range ie. 40 - 10.000.000 co[ies/ml

I could not believe that this time i get this result.
but what i concerne about that is HIV II and some sub-type like O strain.
Even though I got HIV I  Negative but what about HIV II?
These days me and my GF are so weak ;
I have my continous Chest Pain;
Tick Coated Tounge ;
Neural Disorder;
Oral Thrush in morning arround my lip;
...
and all these are happening after that exposure,I cant say it s anxiety coz fisr of all i got symptoms and then i suspect to HIV.
Any way I got my result which is Negative, but i do nt know How Reliable is this Test.

Hi I hears you got pityrasia roacea and worried about HIV I am in the same boat as you had it as well did you have abdominal pains sore throat eye floaters lymph nodes up to if so please can you email me back and did you ever over come your anxiety

You need help ASAP man. You DO NOT HAVE HIV. GET OVER IT.

You have chest pain and instead of going to a doctor you post on a website. Yeah right. This goes along with your other issues.

My symptoms are real,then what i am supposed to tell a psycologist?about chest pain and coated tounge?! or jolting muscels. I do nt insist on  HIV ,but it sounds like HIV onlY.
i ve tried to ignore them, but they dont go away ...

Wow that was a waste or 200$  Next time, give to charity. 3 months post with a cheap box kit would have done just the same.
