Hi Doctor,

My finger was cut before 2 days with knife and I did not kept any band aid for that.
Yesterday during lunch, One of my friend who is more suspectable for HIV has touched my food in the middle of eating and I also touched the same food with my finger which has cut and eat it .

Now I am worried if any blood particles from my friend's mouth has came with his hand and touched my food and came in contact with my finger with cut that may cause HIV. Kindly help on this Please.

NO.  HIV is never passed in that manner.  As an adult, you may only be be exposed to HIV if you:
1) Have unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Share IV drug equipment with other IV drug users

If you do not do either of those, you will never have to worry about HIV.  HIV is never transferred from person-to-person by one person touching an object (or food) and then another person touching the same object (or food), even with cuts or other wounds.
thanks a lot for your answer..I am relaxed now...Appreciate for the response...
