HIV Risk? Riesgo de VIH?

Hello Doctors, I'm from México and I had sexual relations with a call-girl 3 weeks ago, I use condom at first, but a few minutes later she gave me a blow job above the condom, suddenly she took the condom away and gave me a natural oral sex, I mean, she had her own vaginal fluids inside her mouth when she gave me the blowjob without condom, is there any risk of HIV? I'm so scared... I had an inflammation of the tonsils one week later after situation and now after 3 weeks I have a high flu and I'm tired, although I have more reasons that  can explain the flu I'm scared of the virus... I haven't had fever... I urinated after the act.
Is it necessary to do a test?

Hola doctores, soy de México y tuve relaciones sexuales con una chica de compañia hace 3 semanas, usamos condón al principio pero después ella me hizo una Felacion con el preservativo puesto, después lo quito y lo hizo al natural, es decir que cuando me hizo la felacion al natural ella tenia sus propios fluidos vaginales en su boca por el oral con el preservativo, Hay riesgo de tener VIH?, una semana después de la situación tuve una inflamación de las amígdalas y 3 semanas después es decir ahora tengo una alta gripa, aunque tengo otras razones por la cual tener gripa, como lo cambios bruscos de temperatura etc.. tengo miedo al virus... también si sirve como algo protector, oriné después del acto.
es necesario hacerme una prueba para VIH?

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had NO RISK for HIV.  No one has ever contracted HIV from receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.
