Loose condom

Hello doctor, i had a sexual encounter with a turkish woman 2 weeks ago. (Met her online) she told me she wasn't infected with HIV but I wasn't fully convinced that she was telling the truth. Ever since I've been worrying about possibly being infected. We had sex (oral/penetration) and my condom was loose the entire time, not once was I fully erected...due to my nervousness. You can say I was erected half way. but the condom never came off. It stayed on..and if the condom stayed on then obviously the tip of my penis was covered as well. But my questions are:

Was I at risk with a loose condom at any time?

Could I possibly have been infected by Her fluids entering from the bottom of the condom while I was inside her?

How soon could/should I get rapid tested if need be ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's been plauging my mind nonstop ever since. Thanks.

You didn't have a risk.

Condoms work if the tip of your penis remains covered throughout the duration of the penetration.

You do not need testing...next time, ensure you choose a condom with a proper fit.  You were protected this time, but an ill fitting condom certainly could end up failing.

Hey. I was wondering, is that type of test available in the US? I've only seen UK references and also, if I waited for a 6 week rapid test could I be confident in the result of it? And are all "free walk-in" rapid tests the same?

Yes.  If it is a 4th generation test  (from a lab) done 1 month after exposure is considere conclusive then you will not have to wait 3 months.

Maybe it was..Not sure, but if so, it was from her fluids that went in beneath the condom while penetrating. And if I get a 4th test Intel more weeks can I be 100% confident in the results, meaning that I won't have to test again in 3 months ?

This isn't the doctor's forum.

It's hard to say.  Was your penis wet with her vaginal fluids at any time?

Most likely your okay and shouldn't worry.

But if you want to test, you have to wait at least 4 weeks from the possible exposure.

Get a 4th generation lab test from your doctor.  So you would have to wait at least 2 more weeks.

If you get a 4th gen test, you can stop worrying and not have to wait any more.

Other tests like 3rd gen and a RAPID test, you'll have to wait 6 - 8 weeks  before you can test and would have to repeat at 3 months.

Be well.
