should i get tested for hiv-worried sick

Respected Dr hunter,I am a virgin and a healthy male, last night my friends took me to a strip club and they made a deal with one of the stripper’s they knew that she would give me a handjob and make me ejaculate,I reluctantly agreed.i did not kiss her lips,I was just kissing her neck and her breasts, she made me finger her vagina, then she got on top of me,my penis was half out of my under wear and she started grinding on it,their was no penetration at all,I guess the front and bottom(the part from where we uriinte and the bottom of that part)  of my penis touched her vagina but no penetration, then she gave me a handjob and I ejaculated.i read your earlier replies to people that hiv is not transmitted this way but I just wanted to be on the safe side.i am just scared that some of her vaginal fluid may have entered my penis when she was touching her vagina with my penis or the vaginal fluid on her hand as she was fingering her vagina and then she gave me a handjob, but I am 100 percent sure that their was no penetration at all.i am worried  since last night and haven’t been able to sleep.should I get tested for hiv,I took a bath after half an hour with an antibacterial soap and I urinated? And I wanted to ask a question that is hiv spread by full penetration meaning that the whole of penis entering the vagina, which in my case is not true as I perfectly remember their was no penetration at all…again should I get tested for hiv?the only weird thing I feel since last night is a little burning sensation when I urinate, but then again it has happened before…thanks

Welcome to our Forum.  You had a new sexual experience with a very experienced partner and I understand your concerns.  I am also pleased to tell you that there is no risk to you of STD from the exposure you describe.  STDs and HIV are spread through penetrative sex and the masturbation and rubbing that you received do not put you at risk at all.

As for your recent symptoms, I am also confident that they are not due to STD or HIV. STD symptoms typically begin two or three days after exposure, not the next day.  The burning on urination you are experiencing may be due to getting some of the soap into your urethra.  Alternately, sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  Perhaps this was a contributor to your situation.

You have no reason for concern and have no medical reason to be tested for STDs or for HIV related to the exposure you describe.  I hope this advice is helpful to you.  EWH

Dear sir,
i noticed fatigue and slight fever but it has gone away now,i am experiencing pain and slight discomfort in my groin area and under my armpits ever since that day, maybe i am examining myself alot more,i checked with my physician and he checked my lymph nodes and they were not swollen then why am i experiencing pain in my groin area and armpits,i have never had this before.the doctor did some tests and my reports for complete blood test, urine test, liver function test and hepatitis tests are all normal...the only thing noticeable was slight fractional increse in mch and mchc but the white blood cells count and rbc count was all normal and the doctor said that my tests indicate that everything is normal....the thought that is running in my head is that i have acquired some sort of std and it is showing its early signs, are the symptoms i am describing of some std?thanks alot
