What is the risk? Protected sex with shave cut?

Hi all, I would like to know what is the risk to have protected vaginal sex with a 3 hours trimmer cut on the shaft? The sex lated less than 30 seconds and the condom was apparently intact. What if the cut entered inside the vagina, not exposing the virus to air?
Thanks.

Also, what biology didn't mention which is key to why this is NO RISK is that only the head of your penis needs to be covered during intercourse for protection.  So, you need not worry.
