Condom applied with mouth

Hi all. Love this site and would have posted in the doctor forum but it appears closed. I received oral from a csw with a condom. I understand this is no risk from my readings, however she applied the condom with her mouth. Opened the package, put it in her mouth and then rolled it on. Any risk blood from her brushing her teeth prior to our encounter could have made it's way onto the condom then to my penis/urethra? Just looking for some reassurance.

Using a condom is zero risk as nothing could get inside your urethra.

And for all other std the condom makes that risk zero also? Even with the mouth application?

Even if she had not used a condom it is no risk for oral
