DR. HIV RISK WORRY

I had posted previous questions and that thread was ended.

I am sorry for the additional questions but just amd worried and would like a little clarity, and will not ask further

My situation was described before and is below

2 times sex with 2 different CSW
Incident one 18 days ago protected sex for a period of 5 mins or so ejaculated in condom than stayed infor a few mins and than back in her for around 5 mins with different condom (penis was a little flacid, but was protected by condom) condom did not break or fall off either time.

Second time was 15 days ago protected sex for 10 mins ejaculated in her (condom did not break or slip off)

A day after the first incident i had brief unprotected sex with my gf for a period of 2 mins or so (did not ejaculate in her or anything)

Worries are regarding symptoms my gf got about 4 days ago got a sore throat and it is a mild sore throat except in the mornings when it is a little worse (wouldn't be worried about this except for ) she also got a rash on her chin it is partial small dotson one side and partial small raised skin on the other (both light red) it is flaky and dry in the mornings on one side.  Also this rash does not itch or cause any pain.  She has no other symptoms (appetite is fine no nausea no fever nothing).

Myself I have a loss of appetite (could be anxiety) and also a boil (i believe its a boil (bump)) appeared on my foreskin.  It does not hurt at all unless squeezed.  I have no fever or other symptoms (occasionally my fever will read like 99, but i know that is normal and it is when i get nervous about all of this).

I am primarily worried about her (which is even a lower risk and would mean i have it)  do her symptoms mean anything,  I am mainly worried about the rash.  Is that an HIV type rash (and what is if its not).

Please doctors respond to me I am just nervous and will not bother you more.

Also how reliable are antibody tests after 4 weeks wanted to take one

Your questions are repetitive and anxiety driven related to a situation where you have already been told there is no risk.  You will get a single answer to this post. Further questions will be deleted without comment and there will be no further questions accepted.

The exposures outside of your relationship, as i have told you before, were no risk and did not require testing.   The symptoms you describe are largely an indication of your paranoia and guilt, combined with a coincidental sore throat that your GF caught (rashes often accompany sore throats).  She is not at risk from HIV from the exposures you describe.

In your case neither loss of appetite nor a boil are in any way suggestive of HIV.

If you choose to get tested at 4 weeks you are getting tested at a time when 90% of HIV infections caught 4 weeks earlier would be detectable.  In your case, as a reflection of the risk of the exposures you mention, the results will be the same at 4 weeks and beyond because they will be negative.  I am confident of this and that is the reason I told you that I saw no need for testing.  End of comment.  End of discussion.  EWH
