HIV Tranfer from Pin pricking and cut after touch

Dear Doctors,

   I have been looking for a certain answer for my worries. Please excuse me if you find my questions are silly but they are killing me.
I went to a night club and danced with few prostitutes with out any touch with the sex organs.
after coming back to home after around 10 min , i cut my hand with a knife while cutting vegitables.
Also I had not cleaned my hand coming after.
also I had touched my penis after that.

1. Can any infection like (HIV, Hepatitis B ) could occur due to this cut as i didn't cleaned my hand ?
    And also i chewed my hand after the cut, so the blood came out.

2. How long the Virus stay alive in this situation , if by any chance it came to out hand or any part of my body ?

3.  What are the chances of getting infected with HIV or Hepatitis B due to pin pricking ?

I would appreciate your thoughts on this .

The place i went was full of prostitutes and i danced with them holding them and then coming after cut my finger..before i wash my hand coming after from that place.

So i just want to know does it has any risk ?

I am sorry if my questions are silly but i am bit worried...if the virus could transfer by any sense of touching and i cut my finger and it was bleeding and it might have transfered

so exactly where is it that you think you had an exposure?  you danced, came home and cut your finger, and now you think you had an exposure to hiv?
